Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Accommodation: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior arrival, no-show and early check-out are subject to be charged 100% of total booking amount.

Free cancellation 31 days prior to arrival date. Refund of deposit will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

• 30% Deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Full balance for accommodation is due at the time of check-in.

• Credit card used to make the booking must be shown to the front desk attendant upon checking in, along with a picture ID.

• Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.

• We require a minimum stay of 1 night for the stand-alone rooms and a minimum of 2 nights for the private villas.

• Festive season bookings (20th December to the 7th of January) require a minimum 4 nights for the villa and 3 nights for the stand-alone rooms.

• There is $5 per person, per night tourist tax . The purpose of this tax is to generate revenue to fund infrastructure development and environmental conservation on the island.

Mini Market & Shop Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
