We’re proud to introduce Zanzibar’s first authentic seafood boil experience – right here at The Bali Resort. Our signature steamer bags lock in rich, bold flavors inspired by the coastal kitchens of Louisiana, and the Swahili Coast.
A rich and flavorful seafood experience served in our signature steamer bag, combining Zanzibar spices with coastal flair. Includes shrimp, squid, lobster, crabs (can be substituted with octopus), smoked beef sausage, corn, baby potatoes, and boiled eggs — all tossed in warm Zanzibar Butter Sauce and ready to share.
