The restaurant at The Bali Resort Zanzibar is open to hotel guests and non-residents and is the focal points of the property. Situated next to our main pool, guests can enjoy a shady lunch or romantic candle-lit dinner.
With a contemporary dining experience, the restaurant provides a relaxing and vibrant atmosphere. Our menu is halal-friendly, fresh, seasonal and produced-driven, incorporating a fusion of cuisines inspired by the magical island where the fusion of Arab, African, Indian, Persia, and European cultures have created a style of cuisine, a pace of life, and a way of life that is unique to them, and colourful tapestry of architecture, heritage, myth and magic. We’re proud to introduce Zanzibar’s first authentic seafood boil experience – right here at The Bali Resort. Our signature steamer bags lock in rich, bold flavors inspired by the coastal kitchens of Louisiana, and the Swahili Coast.
A rich and flavorful seafood experience served in our signature steamer bag, combining Zanzibar spices with coastal flair. Includes shrimp, squid, lobster, crabs (can be substituted with octopus), smoked beef sausage, corn, baby potatoes, and boiled eggs — all tossed in warm Zanzibar Butter Sauce and ready to share.
